Terms & Conditions

A deposit of 50% of the venue hire fee is required to confirm the booking.

A booking will only be confirmed when deposit is paid.

Guaranteed minimum numbers are required seven days prior to the event.

Cancellations from four weeks prior to the event are subject to the full booked venue hire fee.

Clients agree to begin and complete their function at the scheduled time outlined in their confirmation.

As per your instructions, only the authorised person/s named are to charge to the function account.

The Venue will take all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of property left in the Venue prior, during or after functions.

The customer agrees not to use any nails or staples etc on the walls for display purposes unless permission is granted.

The client will be responsible for any damage to the Venue as a result of mis-use.
